Hi there,

I have a TI Pandaboard ES. I´m attempting to use F17 ARM on it, but since I don´t have a HDMI monitor, I´m using an external "HDMI TO VGA" HD converter that works otherwise fine with the output of my IPTV adapter and DTT (over the air HDTV) receiver, and I get great images, as long as the output from these devices is set at 720P on the HDMI port.

However, when plugging the Pandaboard ES, all I get on the VGA monitor is a fuzzy image, with tiny font and barely readable text. Reminds me of the days of attempting to see the output of an Amiga 500 on a TV through the external RF modulator.

My guess is that the Pandaboard ES is making the default text mode (the one you get when booting to a command line Linux session) work at very high res, 1080P mode or something...

Is there any easy way to set the default resolution and refresh rates on the Pandaboard ES HDMI port?

Thanks in advance for any tips...
