I've made a few changes to the reporting script that will take effect 
tonight.  All 3 of these numbers are going to drop a a little bit as 
multiple builds of the same package with a different NVR are now treated 
as a single failure or single success.  This will clear a number of 
already-resolved failure reports from the problem package list.
