This bug is a show stopper for me as it prevents me from building needed
applications.
Hardware is Pandaboard a4.
Same result on 2 different SD card installs.

Why are you using a beta release?
"yum install" of any of the packages below fail.
# rpm -q arm-boot-config
arm-boot-config-0.62-1.fc20.armv7hl
What version of uboot are you using, it is Fedora provided or
elsewhere? What is the exact NVR of the kernel that you currently have
booted? Are you using a Fedora kernel or your own?
