f13beta3 was running in chroot OK on N900 with Linux version 2.6.28.10-power48
but f14 in chroot aborts with "FATAL: kernel too old".
I guess it is just due to glibc --enable-kernel being too high. Maybe the
Fedora arm port could use lower --enable-kernel? But I have not tried to
rebuild glibc to test it.
