I meant to ask how to install a customized version of Fedora's kernel on the
Raspberry Pi.
Meaning I did a git clone on Fedora's Kernel, made some changes,
cross-compiled, and would now like to move it to the SD card that my
Raspberry Pi is using.
So if you've followed the kernel build instructions to cross compile
an rpm you can install that kernel using rpm or "dnf localinstall"
