OMAP still has issue with MMC driver.
Looks like HDMI is working again for panda.

Please try booting it from SDCard, as that is where the problems started 
(and have continued to be).

Please try 4080000 (kernel) and 4880000 (initrd).  This leave 8MB for 
the kernel, which I believe was what came out of earlier discussions on 
the subject of load addresses.

you should just use

setenv bootargs console=ttyS0,115200n8 ro root=/dev/sda2 rootwait
