So just hangs like that, does the screen go black? Is the OS on the SD card? What USB devices do you have plugged in? What is the rating of the PSU.

Hi Peter,
yes it's hang there like that, I just connect 2*USB device, one is Microsoft wireless mouse, the other is Rii wireless keyboard, the PSU is 9w adapter and can provide 5v 1.2A output.
Thanks for the reminder about he PSU, I never have a thought it may cause of that cause it's works fine with version 25.. let me try a big adapter. Appreciate for help.

Yes, as per the Fedora wiki [1] and the official Raspberry Pi wiki [2] you'll need at least 2.5A adapter for the RPi3

If nothing looks more promising, try a different display. I have experienced a problem that resembles yours when I tried to use a modern Dell 4K resolution (8 megapixel) display with my RPi 3. An older display (without 4K capability) works. I have not tried my high resolution display recently, but will conduct an experiment with up-to-date F26 software if there is any interest.
I do not know whether this display sensitivity was present with F25 - other problems made it necessary for me to blacklist VC4 for F25 (and pre-release F26.)
Appreciate for the reminder, it's working now.
Here is what I tried. Change an PSU, the new one can provide 5v, 2.4A power supply, still stuck there, till I remove the USB keyboard, surprised me, cause it's work very well when I use the F25.

That's completely unrelated and the screen in that instance goes black.

It was worse in F-25
