Not sure what this is referring to: ghc ARM devel for F18 is basically done (except for a few minor libs appearing in the Branch report that need rebuilding) and working fine.
Maybe this is referring to this Rawhide llvm issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=893294 which I don't think should be on the F18ARMBLocker list, and hopefully will be fixed in llvm-3.1-13.fc19 which is currently building.
I put it on the f18 blocker lust because there's currently no difference between the llvm in both releases and I want to be sure we don't have the same problem hiding in f18 too.

For completeness, I will bring this up with ARM/Linaro/upstream (fixing the triplet) and then we'll get ghc built properly using LLVM. I will also repeat my previous caveat that it seems we (Fedora) are building a house of cards by growing dependencies on a second toolchain that we don't have resources to support. But all the other distributions seem to be quite happy to do the same in the interest of shiny shiny :)

Ultimately whether it's preferred or not we need to be able to support it on RH platforms that those that wish to use it so getting this issue resolved in an upstreamable way which won't constantly break is worthwhile even if just for sanity. We have a few packages that block on this due to the problems with the triplet one of which is the hfs support for Mac filesystems.
