Cannot boot USB created from aarch64 ISOs using Lenovo Yoga c630

I used Fedora Media Writer 4.4.2, on Windows 11 on ARM, at Lenovo Yoga c630 to write two
ISOs and trying to boot:

Fedora Workstation 35 aarch35 Live
- Result:  When invoking the UEFI bootmenu, the USB drive is not detected as bootable
Fedora-Workstation-Live-aarch64-Rawhide-20211122.n.0
- Result: When invoking the UEFI bootmenu, the USB drive is listed as bootable.  But once
selected, still the internal SSD is booted.

Is Fedora aarch64 working with Yoga c630?

Out of the box the answer is no, it's not.

ATM you need to disable secure boot, and you have to chain load a
special shim in the UEFI boot chain. It's not for the faint of heart
so ATM it's unsupported.
