There's machine-id file(/etc/machine-id) in ARM release images. I saw one from 24 Minimal image. This file shouldn't be in the images like ssh keys so it could be generated on the first boot.
I know, and I deleted it before flashing it to my own machines. Could anyone in the power consider this on the next release? I'm a big fan of systemd and I use machine-id to identify machines on the fields. It's the only way to ID machines rather than MAC, IP address, hostnames. Using these is just not pretty.

Sorry about the delay and replying to this.
I've sent a pull request to fix this on Fedora 25+. Once it's merged it'll be in the nightlies and Beta moving forward.
