**Problem**
We are confusing newcomers through redundant/unused resources that are mentioned in various places - we need to clean up and make the start more welcoming.
**Actions**
* delete/archive/rename redundant resources
**Goals**
* community growth - both users and contributors
* new healthy and active baseline to operate from
---
**Proposed Changes**
Please express your opinions in the comments. If you have no comments, just vote with a "+1".
***Mailing Lists***
* delete the two unused mailing lists (delete atomic-announce and atomic, keep just atomic-devel(a)projectatomic.io and rename atomic-devel to just atomic)
***IRC Channels***
* rename (or delete it not used) #fedora-atomic as people stumble upon it and ask questions there - it's more intuitive to send them to #atomic directly if there is no #fedora-atomic (if #fedora-atomic is being used but it's more for release engineering/build problems, whoever is responsible for it, please rename it so that people who want to contribute/get support for Atomic don't stumble on it)

Tags should match etcd version, if possible. This will help openshift origin users get the correct version of etcd.

During installation, an alternate key board is chosen (IE dvorak). This setting is not used post-install.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install atomic host with an alternate keyboard
2. reboot
3. keyboard layout is not used post installation.
Migrated from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1430180 for upstream discussions.

When you install a new rpm-ostree (ie upgrade) dracut should be run. This is to capture settings relevant to the hardware from files such as /etc/crypttab (discard via luks) or modprobe.d.
Today, it would appear manually running dracut has no effect (?).
This would be a great addition as it would then automate and allow hardware corrections for kernel modules - for me I have a macbook pro that requires quirks set to the sdhci card, but on atomic I need to modprobe -r/modprobe after restart to make them apply.
Thanks,
``
