This is basically due to me changing the video driver for UEFI tests back
to 'std' as we've worked around brc#1518464
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1518464 - but the workaround
is only in Rawhide, not F28 for now (and even if we ship it as an update
for F28 I'm not sure if it'll be in these installer images). I'll see if I
can fiddle things so this test gets a different driver.
