[atomic-wg] Issue #423: Failed to start Create Volatile Files and Directories on ppc64le
tux808 reported a new issue against the project: `atomic-wg` that you are following: `` Performed default install Fedora-Atomic-ostree 27-20180212.2 for ppc64le & x86_64 platforms. Both installed successfully, but first-boot on ppc64le edition fails with systemd error:
Failed to start Create Volatile Files and Directories.. then dropped into emergency dracut:/# prompt.

Reduced to single path, re-installed/booted successfully.
This is a defect with the Atomic/Anaconda Installer.
