Some time ago [we determined](https://pagure.io/atomic-wg/issue/361#comment-473329) the future of testing for Atomic would not be rooted in AutoCloud. We need to migrate the features of autocloud to the new FedoraCI infra. This will probably take some time, but we'll use this ticket to track work related to it.

The first item up is creating some documentation on how we can do compose based testing in FedoraCI.
