[atomic-wg] Issue #380: Implement autobuilds for system containers

Based off the data from https://pagure.io/atomic-wg/issue/379 we will need to have each system container living in [the official repo](https://github.com/projectatomic/atomic-system-containers/) to be built on commit. Each build should have a short summary with the following wording:

"These images are automatically built from the GitHub master branch and should not be considered official releases."

**Note**: Work should start after the ``projectatomic`` namespace has been cleaned up.
