Bodhi update with mixed pending tags

Hello Luke,

another problem popped up. In this update:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/control-center-3.0.0-1.fc15,gnome-se...

control-center-3.0.0-1.fc15 is tagged as dist-f15-updates-pending, but
gnome-settings-daemon-3.0.0.1-1.fc15 is tagged just as dist-f15-updates-candidate.

Seems like Bodhi bug?
