I borrowed an x86_64 Fedora 16 machine from Beaker in order to test
it. These are the problems I have found:
1. libvirt is not installed automatically
http://fpaste.org/xxpu/
The installation code was removed from rats_install.py by your patch
I have get back the codes to install libvirt qemu-kvm and python-virtinst
2. test crashes when libvirtd is not running
http://fpaste.org/shyL/
Calling "utils.system('command', ignore_status=True)" fixes it.
I accept this as work around
3. python gconf bindings are not installed automatically
http://fpaste.org/6RpS/
I have removed gconf the function enable_accessibility, since it is not used in
rats_install
there is no proper place to install it automatically.
4. there is no such libvirt domain as AutoQA by default
http://fpaste.org/phNL/
I did not hit this problem. But I find the same in bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=753589, could you set selinux to permissive
to try?
Hongqing, as we spoke on IRC, the test must be able to run on a
cleanly installed machine (just added as an autotest client), no
manual preparation must be required.
Can you fix those issues, push the fixes and ask for review again?
Thanks,
Kamil
