autoqa-0.5.0-0.3.pre available

Greetings gang,

I updated the autoqa.spec [1] and pushed out another pre-release autoqa
package into the -testing repositories.  Please let me know if you have
any issues.  You can find instructions for installing autoqa available
at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Install_and_configure_AutoQA

If there are no other immediate autoqa packaging needs, I'll be looking
into the autotest-0.13.0 that should be landing shortly (congrats Lucas!
).

I have updated our test instance to the new version.
