More python-yourls changes

And here I thought that everything was ready for release.

Kamil found some rather serious issues in python-yourls that warranted
a bunch of re-factoring and another build. Karma is going to be needed
again to get these builds into stable.

Assuming all goes as planned, we'll be updating AutoQA production early
next week and it would be awesome to have these builds in stable by
then.

PS Kamil gets a cookie and my thanks for finding those issues - for some
reason, I didn't think that the error handling in python-yourls was
quite that bad :-/
