by one empty line, so first half of my message is missing. Recreating
that part from memory:
this patch implies --keep-control-file when --dry-run is used. The
--dry-run itself is great, but you usually see in the output only
lines like these:

To really inspect what will be run (which is the reason why you run
still need to inspect the control file. Therefore I think the
quite conveniently also imply the --keep-control-file (which is a
option to have to type it everytime).
