Comment:
riecatnor and I discussed this one yesterday and agreed that we would
reject it on the following basis:
- we already have change process badges (for getting your change accepted)
- doing this automatically would be hard (people could edit the wiki page
to abuse the trigger)
- we could instead give rights to the change wrangler to award this, but
that introduces perhaps too much overhead on that role on top of what is
already required of them.
Thanks for the idea toshio!

Hey, I'm going to reject this one on the basis that:
- It would be difficult to do.
- Even after putting engineering time into making it possible, we'd end up
with still more badges for packagers (when imho we should be focusing on
badges for contributions in other areas).
Thanks for the idea!

Comment:
Hey, so.. I opened this ticket to provide a place for people to comment on
the controversy if they were motivated to do so. Thanks for the comments
so far.
There's clearly disagreement about it, but it doesn't seem to be
overwhelmingly on one side or the other (I, for one, like the negative
badges). How about this for a resolution:
- We don't go back and change the existing negative badges, only because
it would be an exceptional amount of work to remove them (it will screw
with the badge-counting badges).
- We make a point to not introduce any more negative badges from here on
out, which will lead to an overwhelming ratio of positive to negative
badges in time.
I'm closing the ticket to get it out of the queue, but feel free to
comment further if there's discussion.

Every badge has a 'criteria' link on it that takes you to the ticket where
the badge idea was discussed (which will in turn have information there
about how to get it // what it's about).
Thanks for the idea!

Comment:
Cleaning up old tickets here. I'm not particularly interested in
implementing this one (there will be lots of badges on such a page that
you can never get, like ones from past FUDCons in other regions). Thanks
for the idea!
