Hi there! Sorry for the delay in my review, this month has been very
hectic for me.
@blackfile, please upload your svg source file and png for every badge you
work on. I have a few changes and few suggestions for you.
For categorization on member badges we use the pink outside ring(which you
have used :)) and a medium green for the background color. See for
reference ->

The samurai and pen graphics are too small. All objects in badges should
have a stroke of 1.5 pixels or more, or no stroke at all. With that being
said, I think that the samurai graphic is not the right fit for this
badge. You should use a panda or badger if you choose to use a character.
I have a suggestion for what I think would be a successful design that
follows the style guidelines. Try taking out all graphics besides letters
and arrows and make them larger to take up the space. Make sure to try
giving them a stroke :)
The text for i18n is a hard to read, so please make that larger. Member
badges only sometimes feature the name of the group, so I would like to
see a version with and without i18n text.
I would like to see how rounded arrows look instead of cornered. See for
reference ->

I think I threw enough at you for now ;) I will review again once you have
uploaded new artwork. Feel free to message me on #fedora-design if you
would like to discuss any badge related stuff
