I have hosted "Simple Add-On" in google code:
http://code.google.com/p/simpleaddon/
I have already tested in *deb based distro, and it should work directly
in *.rpm based distro as well (like Fedora).
If anyone interested have a look in the Developers guide:

You can add some necessary packages that most of the Fedora users need
to install from outside repository. (i.e. Multimedia tools, Keyboard
etc.)
It will help the newbie as well as users having no Internet connectivity
to get start with Fedora.
