Go to System>Administration>Date & Time, Check ¨Synchronize date and
time over the network¨ then go to Time Zone Tab, now select your Time
Zone, and Uncheck ¨System clock uses UTC¨.
Do u have dual boot Windows? Then also go to Windows, and set your
time zone rightly.
