Can't see anything if someone uses Unijoy layout in IM

Hi,

I'm using Kopete instant messenger. Problem is, if someone types in Unijoy, I 
can only see ???????????

I am using AVRO (compiled manually)......

Any workaround?

U know, when its about bangla typing/keyboard/fonts, I am helpless. ST uses
Kde, I am sure, he can help u, in this case.
