BeakerLib: the Declaration of Independence :)

Hey folks,

we've been granted a place on fedorahosted finally, so I've migrated the
code to the git repo and made the necessary changes to the specfile and
Makefiles. The package is now buildable separately. So the
infrastructure is following:

Pages: none ;( the guy who handled our hosted ticket did not create a
trac for us, unfortunately. We'll obtain it later, for now I've
contentrated on the migration itself.

Git repo: http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=beakerlib.git - the clone
links are there, you will probably need the ssh:// one. To commit, you
will need your fedora account to be in 'gitbeakerlib' group, of which
I'm an admin and will of course grant the rights to all of you. The dir
structure changed a bit, so you'll probably have to refresh any pending
patches of yours. I've kept the makefile structure from Beaker, so
everything works like before.

subscribe.

Once bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=531282 is reviewed
and commited, I *think* BeakerLib is mostly standalone, so I'll do few
tests and then apply for Fedora review.
