Rebase to Hadoop 2.0.5 alpha

FYI,

We have completed rebasing the Fedora Hadoop branches (patches, 
integration, test) from 2.0.2-alpha to 2.0-5-alpha. This is of course 
the most recent tarball release from Apache upstream. The git branches 
can be examined at 
https://github.com/fedora-bigdata/hadoop-common/tree/fedora-* and the 
feature page references have also been updated at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Hadoop.

Nothing major to report at this time. I will be doing another sweep of 
the source test suite to update the table at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Hadoop#Test_Suite to identify or 
remove test changes. Many of the test-based issues in 2.0.2a (e.g., 
GuiceServletConfig instantiation) are still in play.

Note that the Feature process has been replaced by the Planning
Process so you'll to change that if the feature is targeted for F-20.
