Nessa série da Toshiba tem que pressionar Fn + F2 para ativar a Cam.

Tenho F22 instalado no meu Toshiba L300-21G e até agora nunca usei minha camera por näo necessitar. Mas agora, por motivos familiares tenho que usar este recurso e infelizmente o F22 näo reconhece a minha webcam.
