Gabriel, mas voce chegou a ver no dmesg se a camera está sendo reconhecida
pelo Linux? As vezes o driver pode ter dado problema....

Ok Gabriel, tente fazer o seguinte:
Edite o arquivo /etc/default/grub
Adicione o seguinte comando no parametro GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX:
acpi_osi=Linux
Salve o arquivo e regere o arquivo de configuracao do grub: grub2-mkconfig
-o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
Reinicie o computador e veja se as combinacoes da tecla Fn funcionam
Teste a combinacao que o amigo NetHell sugeriu (Fn + F2)
Lembrando que tanto para editar quanto pra gerar o arquivo do grub eh
necessario ser super usuario.
