Shorewall.
Basicamente minha firewall dava DROP em tudo.
com um #shorewall clear descobri que era o firewall
Depois dentro dos arquivos de configuracao
/etc/shorewall/zones
vpn ppp+
/etc/shorewall/policy
von all accept
#shorewall restart e foi tranquilo.
