Sempre da URL not found.
Pior que o modulo carregou.

Seja mais específico no seu problema. Por exemplo: o que aparece nos
logs (error_log e access_log), quais são as regras que você está
usando e qual o seu objetivo ao usar o mod_rewrite? Para ver os
modulos carregados no httpd:

(tem que aparecer o rewrite_module (shared))

vc configurou o diretório /var/www/html
no entanto, vc está tentanco acessar /var/www/jean..., ou seja, não vai
achar nunca.
Soluçao, vc pode alterar o caminho em var/www/html para /var/www/jean ou
criar um virtual host

O que achei estranho é o seguinte.
Para entrar no diretorio do meu site preciso difgitar:
http://jean/jean/jean/empresa
o primeiro jean é o nome do servidor.
o segundo jean é o diretório do site /var/www/jean
agora o terceiro não sei da onde vem e porque precisa.
