Can we please not use a cross-shipper and ship directly instead?  The cross-shippers have
trouble with the lack of customs paperwork.  Producing customs paperwork is hard because
this is not viewed as an international shipment.

If you really want me to use this cross-shipper, I will, but I cannot guarantee anything
with onward delivery and cannot provide any help after delivery in Florida.  Please let me
know what you prefer.
