If you are running with SELinux in enforcing mode, you can try:
$ sudo /usr/sbin/setenforce 0
to turn it off, run your mock instance and then setenforce 1 to turn it back on. If
it works, blame SELinux :).
If it's not SELinux, I'm not sure what it could be. Are the permissions correct
on
the repo?
