This one is maintained by Fedora contributors. Whoever it is. Personally
I wanted to delete this page several time, but it has some part which
are usefull.
I wanted to migrate these interresting parts to Mock user documentation
and then delete the wiki page. But never had time/will to do it.
Feel free to do it. Or whatever you think is right thing :)

Yes, the responsibility for wiki maintenance is so distributed that it
becomes invisible. This is one of the reasons why
docs.fp.o/package-maintainers is better than wiki. You can send a pull
request there and ask for comments, rather than just editing the live
wiki page and potentially ruining the work of others.
When I find the time, I will take a look and clean up as much as I can.
Certain parts are beyond my level understanding, particularly the
optimization tips, so I probably will not touch those, at least initially.
