Cannot build RHEL5/F18 packages on Fedora 18

I had to build my first RHEL5 and F18 packages today after upgrading my
Koji server from Fedora 17 to 18. I cannot build RHEL5 or F18 packages,
but RHEL6 packages compile fine. All packages built successfully under
Fedora 17.

Weird, looks like GCC didn't get installed in your RHEL5 chroot and
binutils isn't there on F18. I'm a bit concerned about the Cannot
allocate memory lines in the above debug output though. Anything in the
dmesg output on the host about running low on memory?

No koji-related messages in dmesg.

The gcc and binutils packages are being installed. I've tried building
the RHEL5/F18 packages twice. The RHEL6 build succeeded the first time.

I have the "fixed" version installed on the host.

$ rpm -q mock
mock-1.1.29-1.fc18.noarch

It must not be related.

I just gave mock-1.1.30-1.fc18.noarch a shot but I still see the same
failures.

Might as well; if it's not mock we can move to to the appropriate
component later.

Please attach build logs at make sure we know what versions are in play
and what commands were used.
