Hi all,
My name is Alexandre Moine, and I am currently studying computer science and math at "Université Paris Diderot" [1], in Paris France. I am a packager, translator, and an ambassador since 2013.
There is approximately 25 000 students, and, I think, 1000/2000 in computer things, and there is no group about opensource in the university. I am planning to make one as soon as I have found someone in the university to make it with me.
Alexandre

Hello again, Alexandre! :) Nice to see you here on this list as well.
Right now, the Campus Ambassadors program is a little bit stagnant. There was some work that was hoped to happen over the summer, but due to some complications, it didn't end up happening. For now, we're slowly collecting a list of students, faculty, and staff at universities at this wiki page (which you are encouraged to add yourself to!):

I also think it's awesome that you want to start a FOSS group at your university! At my university, Rochester Institute of Technology, we have a FOSS program and a FOSS minor. You can check out more about it here, and I'm happy to offer any help or advice for starting your own local FOSS community on campus.
Welcome to the list again. :)
