Cpinit and cpdb
by Lukas Zapletal
Hey,
since there is the cpdb tool now, do we need to access /candlepin/cpinit
url after installation or is this not necessary anymore?
Thanks!

get/set redhat.repo from candlepin
by Tom McKay
There are several nice user stories that could be implemented if 1) the system sent its redhat.repo file to candlepin (kind of like system facts are sent), and 2) if candlepin could in turn change settings and send it back down.
Example stories...
As a SAM user, I would like to know which repos are enabled on a system.
As a SAM user, I would like to enable a repo on a system.
As a SAM user, I would like to inspect the redhat.repo file on a system.
As a SAM user, I would like to add 'excludes' and other redhat.repo options for a system.

Answering the question for a system, "Why am I yellow?"
by Tom McKay
As a user, I would like to know specifically why a system is yellow or red.
Calling /candlepin/consumers/$id/compliance will return the partiallyCompliantProducts and nonCompliantProducts. However, are there any more details than that? Perhaps an additional detail with each product indicating a detail such as, "Expired entitlement" or "No entitlement" or "2 of 8 sockets covered by entitlement" or ...?
Thoughts?
