New python-rhsm builds out

Testing and karma would be appreciated! This fixes the backward
compatability we tried to break in the previous build with the
getPools call.

By the way do we have subscription-manager builds for Fedora available? 
Does it make sense to have publicly available SM for Fedora?

I think so yeah, we've talked about it just haven't had the time to
submit for review yet I think.
