On healing

I heard from PM, and they wanted to know if it is possible for healing 
to look at "tomorrow" and do an auto subscribe as if it were tomorrow.

Should be possible, adding autobind capability to (a) account for
pre-existing entitlements (if we don't already?) and (b) do it for a
target date would be nice. Kind of similar to logic in the client side
compliance assistant though. (not much we can do about that though)
