[FZH] #U yum-plugin-local 插件用法

刚刚发现一个不错的 yum 插件，yum-plugin-local。它会下载好的包自动扔到 /var/lib/yum/plugins/local
然后做一个本地源。
因为默认 yum 的设置似乎是安装好软件包以后就会把 rpm 删除掉了，而仓库内一般只保存最新版本的 rpm 包，所以 yum downgrade
这个功能就显得不太有用了。
我现在刚刚装好了这个插件，不太清楚这个本地源是会存放所有下载过的软件包还是当新版本的软件包进入到本地库就会自动删除旧版本的 rpm
包。看 /usr/lib/yum-plugins/local.py 的代码似乎没有删除操作的意思。不过我自己不会 python 的。XD！

[FZH] #D 直接用kernel-source 来编译和用从kernel.org下载一个新的内核来编译的区别

我想编译一下系统的内核，并且修改一下相关的模块。我用的是Ubuntu 10.04的系统。
我的问题是：
1.第一种情况，如果，我安装Kernel-source 然后对系统的内核进行编译。----这将会对应一种效果。
2.第二种情况，我直接从kernel.org上下载一个新的内核，没有经过裁剪的，然后，放在系统上来进行编译。----那么，这又会对应一种情况。
现在的问题是，我不确定，如果，我从kernel.org下载一个新的内核来编译的话，会给系统带来什么变化呢？

貌似 nouveau 那个 KMS 的问题还没有修复啊。。。
