如上述链接中的回复，上游并不愿意重命名命令。

附注：Debian/Ubuntu 里有个 rename 包，是接受 PCRE 的。不过看起来是 File::Rename
[1]。Unicode::Tussle 里的按道理来讲对 Unicode 支持要更好。
