[FZH] [fcitx]fcitx4.0 in Fedora cannot be turned on by pressing CTRL_SPACE

fcitx 4.0 cannot be turned on by pressing CTRL_SPACE (in config the hot key
IS CTRL_SPACE)

here is my fcitx.conf

XIM=fcitx
> XIM_PROGRAM="/usr/bin/fcitx"
> GTK_IM_MODULE=XIM
> QT_IM_MODULE=XIM
> DEPENDS="fcitx"

and here is my bashrc:

# .bashrc

> export   FIGNORE='.o:.bak:.tmp'

and also  when I logged in the fcitx does NOT display its panel but after I
switched to a tty console and switch it back, it displays.
I press CTRL_SPACE, nothing happened and I canNOT input chinese
I did NOT modify the CONFIG file

Try run im-chooser from your user account. Then enable input method and
select fcitx.

When I tick the checkbox of "enable ...(it was in chinese and I have no idea
what it should be in english)" which has an hot key of "F", and select
fcitx, and then relog in, the tick of checkbox disappear.

但这是个issue，我现在不方便提交，发到这里。
fcitx可以有效地在zh_CN运行，但是zh_TW就不行了
