[FZH] FZUG 捐赠

Hi 朋友们，

刚才我看到贴吧有爱好者提出想要向 FZUG 捐赠。

因此，我注册了一个支付宝，并编写了 Wiki 页面，https://github.com/FZUG/repo/wiki/%E6%8D%90%E
8%B5%A0 。

有关国外用户的捐赠问题， 待我研究一下 Paypal。

另外，捐赠的目的主要是为了，有一个风险保障金，避免以后没有赞助时，额外的 主机托管和域名 带宽费用 带来的巨大压力。

最后，感谢朋友们的支持和帮助，希望 Red Hat 今年会更好。
