但是大部分人都是到点闪人的。因为是责任制，所以基本上也是看自己的能力和处理事情的方法了。
实习生一般来讲不加班。

个人观察体会，呵呵，工作强度基本有以下关系：
美资大企业 < 美资startup < 中国中等it公司 < 中国大it公司 < 华为< 日资it公司
可以到点走人的基本上只有美资企业和部分美资startup了

我们不会有人手一个的手机。是有一部热线电话但是大家轮流拿。电话其实不多，一个月都没有一个。
主要是在办公室处理客户邮件报来的问题。当然我们也鼓励大家给客户回拨电话来解决问题。
强度中等，平均来讲基本上不怎么加班。当然因为工作性质问题，如果有比较棘手的问题还是需要你工作多一些时间的，当然你不是一个人。 ；）
