[FZH] Survey : how i18n and l10n matter to you ( from Red Hat )

Hi all,
Recently a team from Red Hat want to know how localization matters to
end users and posts a survey. I think it's a way to offer our feedback
on localization and possibly have impact to future Fedora related
projects.
