ALL

我觉得有几个议题可以讨论下：

1. Fedora中文用户组的portal和其他翻译等资料的存放
    我觉得可以放在fzug.github.io上
2. repo的镜像
    这个zsun可能更有发言权，但是具体细则我们可以商议，比如打包需不需要build server，gpg信任和校验的问题
3. 关于闲聊是否允许的问题
    “他能说你们不让吹水，都害怕不敢说话了”

Telegram的shouhuanxiaoji提出了这个问题，我觉得可以讨论下（首先，我本人对此问题持中立态度；其次，这个问题讨论的时候请尽可能避免冲突发生）

Hi,

建议用上 irc 会议模式下的一些命令 [1]，例如 #agreed 记录达成的共识等等。尤其是 #action
记录接下来的任务。这样每个人清楚接下来的待办事项。这样应该能提高效率，避免只有讨论没有结论。
