为啥又一遍。。现在是下午五点。

我现在从fedcal的ical接口[1]同步到的状态是，会议时间为周六凌晨3点到4点。 
而其他会议时间是对的。但现在从网页上[2]看到的会议时间是正确的。是否可以 
推测infra那边有问题？我随意推测一下，是某个地方时区设置有问题？
UTC 5  = CST 13
UTC 13 = CST 21
而我们收到的时间却是CST 5/CST 17....
(CST：北京时间)

我觉得周四和周五晚17点，总共发两封，还是挺好的。取消周五早点的那个就行了。

因为我改成了提前 12 小时提醒。

应该是 fedocal bug。（之前邮件给开发者 pingou，他说可能是 bug）。

差8个小时，我们就在UTC+8.
