[FZH] #U WebM gstreamer 支持进入 f12&13 仓库

昨天 updates-testing 推送了带有 WebM 回放支持的  gstreamer，经过测试已经
在使用 gstreamer 为后端的浏览器中播放 WebM 媒体了。

su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update
gstreamer-plugins-bad-free gstreamer-plugins-good'

感兴趣的朋友试试吧！

不解，为啥咧？有啥新的插件要加到 ugly 和 bad-nonfree 里呢？
