其次，bbs.fedora-zh.org这个论坛界面是否应该改为简体中文？

现在是会根据自己浏览器的默认语言来显示。注册账号后可以自己设置论坛语言

我指的是未登录情况，部分版块为繁体。

其实我不能说繁体不好，但是有人很讨厌繁体，大陆很明显。

forum.ubuntu.org.cn就没有繁体一说。
