Hi,

No, the events are lost so Zuul won't trigger retroactively.
It is needed to comment 'recheck' to generate the event and make Zuul trigger the jobs.

Will it pick up all the things it should have done for the last week? I
still see a PR that I rebased a couple of days ago that has not yet had
CI re-run on it, not sure if that means it's not picking up missed jobs
or it just didn't reach that one yet.
